Shanelle Mack holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Administration and is a seasoned administrative professional with over a decade of experience. Since April 2022, she has served as the Executive Secretary for the Northlake Police Department, where she provides high-level administrative and confidential support to the Chief of Police. In this role, Shanelle takes on key responsibilities such as budget analysis, payroll processing, accounts payable, and data reporting. Her dedication and excellence were honored when she received the Northlake Police Department’s Civilian Employee of the Year award in 2022.
