Correction: Leyden Township Breaks Ground for New Senior Apartment and Senior Center
The Senior Apartments are owned by Leyden Apartments LP. The developer for the project is Evergreen Real Estate Group, the property manager will be Evergreen Real Estate Services, and the general contractor is F.H. Paschen. Leyden Township will own and operate the adjacent Senior Center.
The groundbreaking ceremony took place on February 28th.
The senior apartments will be constructed on a property located on Mannheim Road, directly south of Nevada Ave. The V-Inn property is owned by the township, and plans for that property are still being developed and will be announced in the near future.
