On behalf of all the members of the Northlake Police Department, I would like to welcome you to this website and take this opportunity to introduce you to our organization. The Northlake Police Department is a nationally accredited police agency through the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies (C.A.L.E.A.).
We, the members of the Northlake Police Department, exist to enhance the quality of life in the City of Northlake by working cooperatively with the public and within the framework of the United States Constitution to enforce the laws, preserve the peace, reduce the fear of crime and provide for a safe community. We strive to fulfill this mission by employing a wide range of strategies. These include collaborating with community members to identify and creatively solve problems, engaging in education and enforcement efforts to gain voluntary compliance with the law, and thoroughly investigating criminal acts to hold perpetrators accountable and provide relief for crime victims. Our success at fulfilling this mission can be attributed largely to the dedicated staff comprising our department.
