
Centerpoint Preserve & Recreational Facility
32 acres of open land space, known as Centerpoint Preserve, now belong to the City of Northlake.
The open land was donated to the City by CenterPoint Properties. A Bicycle path, walking/jogging path, dog park, and picnic pavilion with running water are available for the enjoyment of all Northlake Residents. You may reserve Centerpoint Preserve for picnics by obtaining a Picnic Permit from Northlake City Hall. There is no alcohol permitted.
We request that you complete the rental application form only if you have previously secured a reservation date. We require that you deliver the completed application to City Hall in order to expedite the finalization of the rental transaction. It is important to note that the application must be submitted before the 24-hour hold period expires. Please be aware that the submission of the application alone does not guarantee the reservation of the date. Full payment is required to complete the rental transaction.
