Sandra Vasquez Community Center, located at 316 N. LaPorte, is available for rentals for showers, birthday parties, graduation parties, etc. Rentals are available every day, except December 31. Rental sessions are for 9 hours, which includes time for set-up and clean-up.
The facility is available for parties of up to 100 people. (There are 7 tables that are 54 inches long and 12 tables that are 96 inches long.)

We request that you complete the rental application form only if you have previously secured a reservation date. We require that you deliver the completed application to City Hall in order to expedite the finalization of the rental transaction.
It is important to note that the application must be submitted before the 24-hour hold period expires. Please be aware that the submission of the application alone does not guarantee the reservation of the date. Full payment is required to complete the rental transaction.
For Residents
Monday- Friday: $150 rental fee + $50 deposit
Saturday & Sunday: $225 rental fee + $50 deposit
For Non-residents
Monday-Friday: $250 rental fee & $50 deposit
Saturday & Sunday: $325 rental fee & $50 deposit
Center Requirements and Regulations
- No alcoholic beverages
- No smoking
- No piñatas
- No taquero’s (taco vender)
- $75.00 cancellation fee with less than 30 days notice
Renter Must
- Bring a valid driver’s license or id
- Bring their credit card, for security purposes
- Pay in full with deposit
- Be over the age of 21
