How It Works:

Emergency Response: The Communications Division manages registrations, providing alerts and updates to patrol officers when needed.

Patrol Support: Officers have access to registered individuals’ information to enhance response efforts and can help caregivers enroll eligible individuals.

Case Worker Assistance: A dedicated case worker maintains contact with caregivers, offers support, and ensures individuals receive appropriate services.

The Northlake Cares Program enhances community safety and ensures those with special needs receive the best possible care during emergencies.
